DELIVERY INFORMATION

Shipping and Handling:

- If your order is accepted by our website, we will always try to dispatch the item within two working days. However, during busy periods, this timescale may be extended, and goods may be delivered up to 14 working days from order placement, as per Royal Mail delivery terms.

- If for any reason we cannot supply an item, we will contact you for further instructions.

- Custom rig components may need ordering or making, and if we have to order them online, the time will be longer as we have to await delivery of rig components. However, we do stock most items we sell. All customers will be notified of the approximate time scale.

- Please check your email for a “order confirmation” after placing an order (if not received, please check your spam folder).

- Once your order is posted, you will receive an “order shipped” update via email.

Delivery

- We will normally send your order out to you within 48 hours of receipt.

- Products will be sent out by post via Royal Mail, and delivery time can vary in busy periods, as per Royal Mail.

- Please inform us within 7 working days after shipping confirmation if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can replace or refund them. Please quote your name in all correspondence.

- Orders are posted out from Monday to Friday.
